SFDC Flow Down Terms. If Customer uses SFDC as its CRM, Customer acknowledges that the terms and conditions in Appendix A to these Product Specific Terms are incorporated into the Agreement and shall apply to Customer’s use of Smart Configure, Price, Quote, as required by PROS’ agreement with SFDC.
