Common use of SFSP Compliance Clause in Contracts

SFSP Compliance. Vended Sponsor shall assure that the Vendor has a copy of 7 CFR 255.16, the Meal Planning Option that is to be followed and all other technical assistance materials pertaining to the food service requirements of the SFSP. The Vended Sponsor will, within 24 hours of receipt from the ADE/Health and Nutrition, advise the Vendor of any changes in the food service requirements.
