Share Accounting Sample Clauses

Share Accounting. The investments in each Investment Fund designated by the Administrator as subject to share accounting will be maintained in full and fractional shares. The responsible Named Fiduciary is responsible for determining the number of full and fractional shares of each such Investment Fund.
