Share Cancellation Voting Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in Section 7.1 or elsewhere in this Agreement, each of the Investors agrees that it shall vote all of its Voting Securities in favor of any resolution of the Supervisory Board and meeting of shareholders that relates to the cancellation of Class A shares held in treasury by the Company in connection with conversion by the Shareholders of Class B Shares into Class A Shares.
