Share Listing. As soon as practicable but in any event prior to the date that the Closing would otherwise have occurred, the Company shall take reasonable action as is required to cause the shares of Common Stock into which the shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock are convertible to be listed for trading on the NYSE.
