Share Obligations Sample Clauses
Share Obligations. The Holders shall not be bound or obliged to exhaust their recourse against the Corporation or any other Persons or to take any other action before being entitled to demand payment from the Guarantors hereunder. There shall be no obligation of the Holders to give notice to, or obtain the consent of, any or all of the Guarantors with respect to the happening of any of the foregoing.
Share Obligations. (a) The Chargor shall pay all calls or other payments which may become due in connection with the Security Assets.
(b) The Chargor shall copy to the Administrative Agent and comply with any request for information in connection with section 212 of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or any similar provision of any Constitutional Document (to the extent relevant). The Administrative Agent may provide any information which it has on behalf of the Chargor.
