Common use of Share Option Plans Clause in Contracts

Share Option Plans. The Shareholder Parties (to the extent it is within their control) and the Company agree that the total aggregate number of: 2.4.1 Shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of any options or the settlement of any restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Employee Stock Option Plans ; and 2.4.2 Shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of any options, the settlement of any restricted stock units or share awards granted or to be granted under any other employee share incentive, option, award or other similar plan which has been approved in accordance with the Articles, shall not at any time exceed 7.5 per cent. of the total number of Shares outstanding at the date of determination.
