Share ownership related information. For so long as this Agreement is in effect, each Shareholder shall, upon request in writing by the Company, provide to the Company as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within ten (10) Business Days, any information related to such Shareholder’s ownership or holding of Shareholder Shares, including any agreements or arrangements relating to such ownership or holding.
