Common use of Share Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Share Purchase Price. One hundred twenty-five (125%) percent of the per share book value of the Corporation on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month in which the Date of Termination occurs (or, if later, the last day of the month immediately preceding the month which is the 6th month after the Executive acquires the Share through the exercise of an Option), as determined by the Board of the Corporation using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
