Common use of Share Register Clause in Contracts

Share Register. The corporation shall keep at its principal executive office or at such other place or places within the United States as determined by the Board of Directors, a share register not more than one year old, containing the names and addresses of the shareholders, the number and classes of shares held by each shareholder, the dates on which the certificates therefor were issued, and, in the case of cancellation, the date of cancellation.
