Common use of Share Reorganizations Clause in Contracts

Share Reorganizations. The provisions of this Agreement relating to Equity Securities shall also apply, with the necessary changes, to the following: (a) any shares or securities into which such Equity Securities may be converted, changed, reclassified, redivided, redesignated, redeemed, subdivided or consolidated; (b) any shares or securities that are received by the stockholders of the Companies as a stock dividend or distribution payable in Shares or securities of each of the Companies; and (c) any shares or securities of a Company or of any successor or continuing corporation to such Company that may be received by the stockholders of the Companies on a reorganization, amalgamation, consolidation or merger or otherwise.
