Share Transfer Agent. The Company’s share transfer agent is Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company. To the Company’s knowledge, such transfer agent participates in the Depository Trust Company Fast Automated Securities Transfer program. For so long as any Investor holds Investor Securities, the Company shall not change its share transfer agent without the prior written consent of the Requisite Holder.
