Common use of Share Trust Special Purpose Status Clause in Contracts

Share Trust Special Purpose Status. The Share Trust has not engaged in any activities since its organization (other than those incidental to its organization and other appropriate steps in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, including (i) arrangements for the payment of fees to its trustee, (ii) the issuance of a certificate of beneficial interest in the Share Trust to Willxxxx xxxsuant to the Share Trust Agreement, (iii) the execution of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party executed on or prior to the date hereof and (iv) the other activities referred to in or contemplated by the Share Trust Agreement, this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents) and has not made any distributions since its organization.
