Shareable Minutes and Data. Shareable minutes and data only occurs across Customer Devices activated on the same type of sharing plan on the same billing account number assigned to the Customer by TELUS (“BAN”). In order to access shared data a Rate Plan must have a data sharing feature. Unlimited minutes are not shareable. Minutes and data are consumed on a “first come, first served” basis.
