Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group. Certain excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to any Series of Notes in a Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group may be redistributed to cover Series Available Finance Charge Collections Shortfalls incurred by other Series of Notes belonging to the same Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group to the extent and as specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
