Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee. (a) Without limiting the rights given to the Managing Party in Section 7.1, the Parties shall form a committee consisting of the AgCo Representative and the SpecCo Representative with the powers enumerated below (the “Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee”). Each member of the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee shall have one vote with respect to all matters submitted to the Shared Historical DuPont Claim Committee for resolution.
