Common use of Shared Licensed Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Shared Licensed Intellectual Property. Sellers and the applicable Buyers, as the case may be, extend and hereby grant to each other Party its rights under the Shared Licensed Intellectual Property to the extent that such licenses can be extended to such other Parties, including a right to other Parties to sublicense to any entity that is a successor or assignee of any portion of the Business or the business of a Pending Transaction operated by such other Parties.
