Shared Science Facility; Shared Conference Facility. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Lease by Tenant, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord a license agreement in the form attached as Exhibit E attached hereto (the “License Agreement”). Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Shared Science Facility and Shared Conference Facility pursuant to the terms and conditions of the License Agreement. Tenant shall have no right to use or access the Shared Science Facility or Shared Conference Facility, except as provided in the License Agreement.
