Shared Sites Defined. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Shared Site” is any CPE and telecommunication connections at a client’s site that acts as a single point of access through which a client receives services from both a member of the Reuters Group and a member of the Moneyline Group or a Permitted Distributor. The parties agree that: (a) As part of the Reuters Transitional Services, Reuters shall own the CPE and contract for the telecommunications connections for Shared Sites located in North America; and (b) As part of the Moneyline Transitional Services, Moneyline shall own the CPE and contract for the telecommunications connections for Shared Sites located in the Territory.
