Shared Use of Shared Assets. The Shared Assets shall be shared between the Series AC, Series EA, Series ME and the Series LH in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit E. Exhibit E is hereby incorporated by reference herein and constitutes an integral, non-severable part of this Agreement.
