Common use of Shared Use of Shared Assets Clause in Contracts

Shared Use of Shared Assets. The Shared Assets shall be shared between the Series AC, Series EA, Series ME and the Series LH in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit E. Exhibit E is hereby incorporated by reference herein and constitutes an integral, non-severable part of this Agreement. The parties hereto hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Exhibit E.
