Shareholder Account Maintenance. a. Maintain all shareholder records for each account in the Company. b. Maintain account documentation files for each shareholder. SCHEDULE B TO THE TRANSFER AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN ESC STRATEGIC FUNDS, INC. AND BISYS FUND SERVICES, INC.
