Shareholder and Officer Loans. Provide to the Lender subordination agreements in form satisfactory to the Lender covering any loans or other similar financial accommodations to any Loan Party from any of their shareholders, employees, officers, directors, of other Affiliates; provided, however, nothing in this Section 6.10 shall be deemed to be a consent to any transaction made in violation of Section 7.3.
