Common use of Shareholder and SEC Documents Clause in Contracts

Shareholder and SEC Documents. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders (or give notice of the availability thereof on the SEC Xxxxx website), as soon as available, (i) copies of Form 10‑Q quarterly reports, Form 10‑K annual reports and Form 8‑K current reports, (ii) notice of (and upon the request of the Administrative Agent, copies of) any other filings made by the Borrower with the SEC, and (iii) notice of (and, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, copies of) any other information that is provided by the Borrower to its shareholders generally.
