Shareholder Communications and Meetings. Address and mail all communications by the Fund to its shareholders promptly following the delivery by the Fund of the material to be mailed. Prepare shareholder lists, mail and certify as to the mailing of proxy materials, receive the tabulated proxy cards, render periodic reports to the Fund on the progress of such tabulation, and provide the Fund with inspectors of election at any meeting of shareholders.
