Common use of Shareholder Control or Voting Agreement Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Control or Voting Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Bylaws, or any amendment thereto, and any shareholder control or voting agreement, whenever adopted, such shareholder control or voting agreement shall govern.
