Shareholder List. The Target Portfolio shall have delivered to the Acquiring Portfolio an updated list of all shareholders of the Target Portfolio, as reported by the Target Portfolio’s transfer agent, as of one (1) business day prior to the Closing Date with each shareholder’s respective holdings in the Target Portfolio, taxpayer identification numbers, Form W9 and last known address.
