Common use of Shareholder Parties Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Parties. Each Shareholder signs this Agreement solely in such Shareholder’s capacity as a shareholder of the Company and not in any other capacity. No Shareholder shall be liable or responsible for any breach, default, or violation of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement hereunder by any other Shareholder that is also a party to this Agreement and each Shareholder shall solely be required to perform its obligations hereunder in its individual capacity.
