Shareholder Relations. (a) The Transfer Agent will investigate all Shareholder inquiries related to Shareholder accounts and respond promptly to correspondence from Shareholders.
(b) The Transfer Agent will address and mail all communications to Shareholders or their nominees, including proxy material and periodic reports to Shareholders.
(c) In connection with special and annual meetings of Shareholders, the Transfer Agent will prepare Shareholder lists, mail and certify as to the mailing of proxy materials, process and tabulate returned proxy cards, report on proxies voted prior to meetings, and certify to the Secretary of the applicable Company's Shares to be voted at meetings.
Shareholder Relations. Analysis of company shareholder relations policies, procedures, and information programs, including the annual and interim reports to shareholders and the Board of Directors, as well as recommends to the CEO of new or revised policies, procedures, or programs when needed.

b. Assist the Corporation in improving its shareholder relations by developing long range programs for shareholder communication.

Shareholder Relations. Telespace is not aware of any actions or threatened action by any shareholder(s) against Telespace or any officers or directors thereof. Telespace believes its shareholder relations are good.

The parties agree and acknowledge that Crescendo will not be engaging in any broker-dealer activities on behalf of the Company and its compensation is not dependent on it performing any broker-dealer activities and specifically Crescendo will not be (i) engaged in soliciting investors for the Company, negotiating any transaction on behalf of the Company with any investors or investment banks or fund managers; (ii) providing investment advice or acting as a financial consultant; or (iii) participating in any securities transaction on behalf of the Company.
Shareholder Relations. DigiCities is not aware of any actions or threatened action by any shareholder(s) against DigiCities or any officers or directors thereof. DigiCities believes its shareholder relations are good.
