Shareholder Service Fees Payable to Financial Institution. During the term of this Agreement, Distributor will pay Financial Institution Shareholder Service Fees as set forth in Exhibit(s) to this Agreement (or the Fund's current prospectus or SAI, if they contain more recent information).
