Common use of Shareholder Service Fees Payable to Financial Institution Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Service Fees Payable to Financial Institution. During the term of this Agreement, the Funds will pay Financial Institution Shareholder Service Fees on Financial Institution Shares as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement (or, if more recently published, the Fund's current prospectus). For the payment period in which this Agreement becomes effective or terminates, there shall be an appropriate proration of the fee on the basis of the number of days that this Agreement is in effect during the quarter.
