Shareholder Services. Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund. Transfer Agent shall provide each Fund with reports concerning Shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Transfer Agent, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Transfer Agent.
Shareholder Services. The Manager shall:
(i) determine the Company’s distribution policy and authorize distributions from time to time;
(ii) approve amounts available for redemptions of the Common Shares;
(iii) manage communications with Members, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; and
(iv) establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Member support and services.
Shareholder Services. The Transfer Agent shall respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from Shareholders relating to Shareholder accounts with respect to its duties hereunder and as may be from time to time mutually agreed upon between the Transfer Agent and the Funds.
Shareholder Services. SCM shall be responsible for performing or designating to a third party administrative and servicing functions, which shall include without limitation:
(i) authorizing expenditures and approving bills for payment on behalf of the Funds; (ii) supervising preparation of the periodic updating of the Funds' registration statements, including prospectuses and statements of additional information, for the purpose of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and state securities administrators and monitoring and maintaining the effectiveness of such filings, as appropriate; (iii) supervising preparation of shareholder reports, notices of dividends, capital gains distributions and tax credits for the Funds' shareholders, and attending to routine correspondence and other communications with individual shareholders; (iv) supervising the daily pricing of the Funds' investment portfolios and the publication of the respective net asset values of the shares of each Fund, earnings reports and other financial data; (v) monitoring relationships with organizations providing services to the Funds, including the Custodian, DST and printers; (vi) supervising compliance by the Funds with recordkeeping requirements under the 1940 Act and regulations thereunder, maintaining books and records for the Funds (other than those maintained by the Custodian and the Funds' transfer agent) and preparing and filing of tax reports other than the Funds' income tax returns; (vii) answering shareholder inquiries regarding account status and history, the manner in which purchases and redemptions of the shares may be effected, and certain other matters pertaining to the Funds; (viii) assisting shareholders in designating and changing dividend options, account designations and addresses; (ix) providing necessary personnel and facilities to coordinate the establishment and maintenance of shareholder accounts and records with the Funds' transfer agent; (x) transmitting shareholders' purchase and redemption orders to the Funds' transfer agent; (xi) arranging for the wiring or other transfer of funds to and from shareholder accounts in connection with shareholder orders to purchase or redeem shares; (xii) verifying purchase and redemption orders, transfers among and changes in shareholder-designated accounts; (xiii) informing the distributor of the gross amount of purchase and redemption orders for shares; and (xiv) providing such other related services as the Funds or a shareholder...
Shareholder Services. Investor Services Group shall respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from Shareholders relating to Shareholder accounts with respect to its duties hereunder and as may be from time to time mutually agreed upon between Investor Services Group and the Fund.
Shareholder Services. NationsBank shall respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from Shareholders relating to Shareholder accounts with respect to its duties hereunder and as may be from time to time mutually agreed upon between NationsBank and the Transfer Agent (or the Funds as the case maybe).
Shareholder Services. Private Trust or its agent will investigate all inquiries from shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Private Trust and a Fund. Private Trust shall provide the Fund with reports concerning shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Private Trust, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Private Trust.
Shareholder Services. Xxxxxx shall be responsible for performing shareholder account administrative and servicing functions, which shall include without limitation:
(a) answering Customer inquiries regarding account status and history, the manner in which purchases and redemptions of the Shares may be effected, and certain other matters pertaining to the Trust; (b) assisting Customers in designating and changing dividend options, account designations and addresses; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to coordinate the establishment and maintenance of shareholder accounts and records with the Trust's transfer agent; (d) receiving Customers' purchase and redemption orders on behalf of, and transmitting such orders to the Trust's transfer agent; (e) arranging for the wiring or other transfer of funds to and from Customer accounts in connection with Customer orders to purchase or redeem Shares; (f) verifying purchase and redemption orders, transfers among and changes in Customer-designated accounts; (g) informing the distributor of the Trust of the gross amount of purchase and redemption orders for Shares; (h) monitoring the activities of the Trust's transfer agent related to Customers' accounts, and to statements, confirmations or other reports furnished to Customers by the Trust's transfer agent; and (i) providing such other related services as the Trust or a Customer may reasonably request, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Xxxxxx shall provide all personnel and facilities necessary in order for it to perform the functions contemplated by this paragraph with respect to Customers.
Shareholder Services. FDISG shall respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from Shareholders relating to Shareholder accounts with respect to its duties hereunder and as may be from time to time mutually agreed upon between FDISG and the Fund.
Shareholder Services. PFPC shall respond as appropriate to all inquiries and communications from Shareholders relating to Shareholder accounts with respect to its duties hereunder and as may be from time to time mutually agreed upon between PFPC and the Fund.
