Common use of Shareholder Services Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Services. The Manager shall: (i) determine the Company’s distribution policy and authorize distributions from time to time; (ii) approve amounts available for redemptions of the Common Shares; (iii) manage communications with Members, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; and (iv) establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Member support and services.
