Shareholder Transactions. (a) Perform and facilitate the performance of purchases and redemptions of Creation Units. Citibank will process AP trades via the Order Portal or a successor system of similar quality. In the event of a systems issue, Citibank will be responsible for providing alternative process to ensure order acceptance.
