Shareholders to consult. The Shareholders shall consult on a regular basis throughout the continuance of this Agreement with respect to their investment in AsiaSat and with a view to establishing and maintaining policies with respect to the Company’s ownership interest in AsiaSat (and the voting rights conferred by such ownership interest).
