Shareholders’ Undertaking to Enforce Certain Provisions of Agreement. The Practice shall cause to be executed by all Shareholders of the Practice an undertaking in the form of Exhibit 4.12 by such Shareholders to ensure that the covenants not to compete described in Section 4.7 of this Professional Business Management Agreement are enforced by the Practice against any individuals violating such covenants.

Shareholders’ Undertaking to Enforce Certain Provisions of Agreement. The Practice shall cause to be executed by all Shareholders of the Practice an undertaking in the form of Exhibit 4.12 4.17 by such Shareholders to ensure that the corporate existence of the Practice is maintained and that the covenants not to compete described in Section 4.7 Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of this Professional Business Management Agreement are enforced by the Practice against any individuals violating such covenants.

The Practice shall cause to be executed by all Shareholders of the Practice an undertaking in the form of Exhibit 4.12 4.11 by such Shareholders to ensure that the covenants not to compete described in Section 4.7 4.6 of this Professional Retail Business Management Agreement are enforced by the Practice against any individuals violating such covenants.
