Common use of Shareholders' Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Shareholders' Undertaking. The Practice shall cause to be -------------------------- executed by all Shareholders of the Practice an undertaking in the form of Exhibit 4.12 by such Shareholders to, among other things, agree to cause the Practice to abide by the covenants not to compete described in Section 4.7 of this Agreement

Shareholders' Undertaking.
