SHAREHOLDING IN THE COMPANY. Each of the parties shall subscribe for the shares of the Company, in consideration for the shares’ par value, and the Company shall issue 50% of the Company's shares to GEYI, and 50% of the Company’s shares to AK (each such amount of the shareholding shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Shares”).
