Shares as Personal Property. Each Beneficial Owner hereby agrees that its Shares shall for all purposes be personal property. The Trust shall be the sole owner of the property and rights conveyed to it. No Beneficial Owner has any interest in specific Trust property, including property conveyed to the Trust by a Beneficial Owner.
