Shares, Classes and Series Authorized. The total number of shares of stock which the Corporation is authorized to issue is 70,000,000, 50,000,000 shares of which shall be Common Stock par value $0.001 per share and 20,000,000 shares of which shall be Preferred Stock par value $0.001.

The total number of shares of all classes of capital stock which the Corporation is authorized shall have authority to issue is 70,000,0001,065,000 shares, 50,000,000 shares of which 1,000,000 shares shall be Common Stock Stock, par value $0.001 0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”) and 20,000,000 65,000 shares of which shall be Preferred Stock Stock, par value $0.0010.01 per share (the “Preferred Stock”).
