Shares Credited Clause Samples
The "Shares Credited" clause defines how and when shares are officially recorded or credited to a party’s account under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the timing and conditions under which shares are considered delivered, such as upon settlement of a transaction or fulfillment of certain obligations. For example, it may clarify that shares are credited only after payment is received or certain milestones are met. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by establishing a clear point at which ownership or entitlement to shares is recognized.
