Common use of Shares for Cash Clause in Contracts

Shares for Cash. In the case of an issue, grant or offer of Common Shares for cash: (A) the Aggregate Consideration shall be the amount of such cash, provided that in no such case shall any deduction be made for any commissions or any expenses paid or incurred by the Company for any underwriting of the issue or otherwise in connection therewith; and (B) the Number of Common Shares shall be the number of Common Shares so issued, granted or offered.
