The Shares shall have either been (i) listed and admitted and authorized for trading on the Trading Market and, to the extent applicable, the TSX and satisfactory evidence of such actions shall have been provided to the Manager or (ii) approved for listing, subject only to notice of issuance, on the Trading Market, or, to the extent applicable, the TSX, subject only to customary terms and conditions of the TSX.
