Shares of Fund Purchased from Fund. Whenever Portfolio Shares are purchased from Fund, Fund will deposit or cause to be deposited with Custodian the amount received for such shares. Custodian shall not have any duty or responsibility to determine that Portfolio Shares purchased from Fund have been added to the proper shareholder account or accounts or that the proper number of such shares have been added to the shareholder records.
