Common use of Shares of Series Clause in Contracts

Shares of Series. A Preferred Stock may be issued in fractions of a share that are integral multiples of one-one thousandth of a share of stock, which shall entitle the holder, in proportion to such holder's fractional shares, to exercise voting rights, receive dividends and participate in distributions and to have the benefit of all other rights of holders of Series A Preferred Stock.
