Shares of the Fund. (s) purchased by you will be registered in your name and you may exercise all applicable rights of a holder of such Shares. You agree to transmit to the Funds, in a timely manner, all purchase orders and redemption requests and to forward to each of your Contractholders as you deem necessary, periodic shareholder reports and other communications received from the Funds.
