Shares to be Delivered to Oi Shareholders in the Merger of Shares. The shareholders owners of common and preferred shares of issue of Oi shall receive common shares of issue of TelPart. The common shares issued by TelPart to the shareholders of Oi shall confer the same rights as conferred to the other common shares of TelPart, including full receipt of dividends and/or interest on equity that may come to be declared by TelPart as from the date on which the Merger of Shares is concluded. 12 This information will only be known following the issuance of the Valuation Report of Oi shares. 13 This information will only be known after publication of the Valuation Report of Oi shares.
