Common use of Sharing Collections Clause in Contracts

Sharing Collections. In the manner described in the related Indenture Supplement, to the extent that Collections that are allocated to any Series on a Deposit Date are not needed to make payments to Investor Noteholders of such Series or required to be deposited in a Series Account for such Series on such Deposit Date, such Collections may, at the direction of the Issuer, be applied to cover principal payments due to or for the benefit of Investor Noteholders of another Series. Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction in the Invested Amount of the Series to which such Collections were initially allocated.
