Common use of Sharing Collections Clause in Contracts

Sharing Collections. To the extent that Principal Collections that are allocated to the Series 2010-1 Notes on or before a Payment Date are not needed to make payments of principal to Series 2010-1 Noteholders or required to be deposited in the Series 2010-1 Distribution Account on such Payment Date, such Principal Collections may, at the written direction of the Master Servicer, be applied to cover principal payments due to or for the benefit of Noteholders of other Group V Series of Notes. Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction of the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Series 2010-1 Notes or in the Series 2010-1 Invested Amount.
