Common use of Sharing Collections Clause in Contracts

Sharing Collections. In the manner described in the applicable Series Supplement (other than a Segregated Series Supplement), to the extent that Principal Collections that are allocated to any Series of Notes on a Payment Date are not needed to make payments to Noteholders of such Series of Notes or required to be deposited in a Series Account for such Series of Notes on such Payment Date, such Principal Collections may, at the direction of HVF, be applied to cover principal payments due to or for the benefit of Noteholders of another Series of Notes. Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction in the Principal Amount of the Series of Notes to which such Principal Collections were initially allocated.

Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction in the Principal Invested Amount of the Series of Notes to which such Principal Collections were initially allocated.
