Common use of Sharing Collections Clause in Contracts

Sharing Collections. To the extent that Principal Collections that are allocated to any Series on a Distribution Date are not needed to make payments to Noteholders of such Series or required to be deposited in a Distribution Account for such Series on such Distribution Date, such Principal Collections may at the direction of the Servicer, be applied to cover principal payments due to or for the benefit of Noteholders of another Series. Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction of the Principal Balance or Invested Amount of the Series to which such Principal Collections were initially allocated.
